So, I’ve started this new thing where I lie to children. I know - no one should lie to children unless you’re taking their picture and trying to get them to look at the camera without anyone assisting you (you have to get creative sometimes) so my trick is, I tell them to look into my lens because Mickey Mouse is in there or a frog or a pony. It actually works well until the older one’s catch on and search your lens with confusion, as evidenced here.
